Vicki joined the Hill-Nelson Real Estate Team in August of 2006. Working within a smaller team concept, it assures clients that we can better know our market and our listings. We always have a back-up to help serve our client's needs, whether they are buying or selling a home. Vicki works hard to "be there" for clients, before, during, and after the sale.  Helping them to feel comfortable with the process is the #1 goal.  

Interests

Prior to joining Century 21 Signature Real Estate , Vicki worked at Principal Financial Group in the Ames office. Always interested in houses, interior decorating, and especially working directly with people has made becoming a realtor a perfect fit. Vicki has been living on an acreage in the Stanhope area with her husband Denny since graduating from ISU. They have raised 4 children, Megan being the oldest and the other "Hill" of the Hill-Nelson team. Vicki has served 15 years on the South Hamilton School Board and always enjoys meeting new people !
